Welcoming in 2021 with Death of 2020

The death of 2020 is a mockumentary on Netflix that goes over the aspects that have happened in 2020. Do you remember when we all went into lockdown, the death of George Floyd, the protests, etc? Well, this mockumentary starts the story way back on January 1, 2020. It goes through how a mystery illness started spreading around, where it came from and how we were waiting on a cure but it would be a blind trial. It also goes over the elections that happened in November, how places started to close down when the virus started to get worse, and the endless lockdowns as well as how we started having socializing with people through virtual video calls. Overall, my thoughts on this mockumentary are that it’s interesting to see how they were able to put everything that happened in 2020 into a fictional movie. There were many things that happened that we didn’t think would happen. In the mockumentary, it has many people talking throughout the movie about what they thought about the situation. 2020 taught humanity many things. I recommend people to watch this because it’s crazy to think about what we went through and how maybe one day we can look back on it and be like, “Wow we really survived this.”
